Managed n8n hosting means we take care of all the technical aspects of running n8n for you. This includes server setup, maintenance, security updates, backups, and scaling. You get a ready-to-use n8n instance without needing to manage the underlying infrastructure.
Security is our top priority. All instances run in isolated environments with end-to-end encryption. We perform regular security audits, automated backups, and comply with major data protection regulations including GDPR. Your workflow data is never accessed by our team without explicit permission.
Yes, our Professional and Enterprise plans allow you to install and use custom npm packages within your n8n workflows. You can manage these packages directly from your Flowcat dashboard.
We don't hard-stop your workflows. If you exceed your plan's limits, we'll notify you and apply a small overage charge per 1,000 extra executions. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get better rates for higher volumes.
Yes, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA for our Professional plan and a 99.99% uptime SLA for our Enterprise plan. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you are eligible for service credits.
